Age Verification - ONLINE STORE TERMS

In accordance with federal and state age verification laws, we may ask to receive e-mail three legible copies of your identification card or drivers license clearly showing your age. If you do not wish to comply we will cancel the order. If the order still requires verification, it may be placed on hold indefinitely till we receive further notice on the matter. We may cancel any order if proper identification cannot be provided. Any order we believe to be fraudulent may be reported to the local authorities immediately.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If we believe an order may be fraudulent and are unable to verify the order to our satisfaction, we will promptly cancel the order. If you feel your refusal of service was unwarranted, you may contact Customer Service at info@brewellmfg.com
